If you’d like to make your own, I’ve included a full tutorial along with a Free SVG cut file for you to use. For this project, I used my xTool S1 40W Laser. While you can use any xTool laser, keep in mind that cut settings may vary depending on your machine.
The board consists of two layers of wood, plus cut-out words on top and individual game pieces. Each board measures 5.14 inches wide by 5 inches high, making them the perfect size to tuck into Easter baskets. Since I used 12×12-inch wood boards, I was able to cut two complete Tic-Tac-Toe boards per sheet! I just got my first xTool machine and immediately started planning my first project with my new laser machine. I've used a Cricut machine for blade cutting for years, but laser cutting at home is new to me. And let me tell you, it is so much FUN!
