Apple Music Explicit Content Filter Not W Apple Community
My wife and I gave our middle school son an iPhone so he can call or text us from school. His phone is very restricted and the one thing we do allow him to do is listen to clean Apple Music. Under settings -> family -> child -> screen time -> content & privacy restrictions-> content restrictions is toggled on and under content restrictions -> music, podcast, news, fitness is set to Clean. However, explicit content is still allowed. “Tap yo pu**y” and “A** like that” are still playable. I scrolled through history and there was a lot of explicit content.
I was wondering how that could be, since my settings are adjusted correctly. I listened to the content myself to verify that it is indeed playable, and it is. The point of the filter is to protect my kids from what I deem harmful. Why is the filter not blocking content? This thread has been closed by the system or the community team.
