Aufgrund unserer Konzentration auf die Tätigkeit vor den Zivilsenaten des Bundesgerichtshofs beobachten wir ständig die Entwicklung der dortigen Rechtsprechung. Diese Rechtsprechung fassen wir in halbjährlichen Newslettern zusammen. We are lawyers appointed to the Federal Court of Justice and act solely before the civil divisions of this Federal Court.

We have a forward-thinking, matter of fact approach in practising law, with the ultimate goal of successful representation of our clients in their final appeals. We cover all areas of law that fall under the civil divisions of the Federal Court of Justice (see Practice Areas). Given that our focus is on proceedings before the civil divisions of the Federal Court, we consistently follow and monitor the Case Law of the Federal Court of Justice as it evolves. Summaries of current rulings are provided in our (bi-)annual (German-language) newsletters.
