With expertise in IEC 61508, ISO 26262, SOTIF, and ISO/SAE 21434, he has contributed to projects involving battery management and process control systems and co-developed Profibus with Siemens and FlexCAN, a safety-critical architecture. An author and editor of multiple SAE International books on automated vehicle safety, Dr. Pimentel actively advances global standards through his work with IEEE, SAE, and ISO, while continuing to help organizations design safe, secure, and innovative systems. This five-day training covers all 14 clauses of the ISO/SAE 21434 standard to give those attending the information necessary to understand the standard and move your organization toward conformance.
